Neil Polan, AIA, LEED Green Associate, joined Dale Partners in 2013, and became partner in 2021. He has been involved in a variety of Dale projects in both the Jackson and Biloxi offices. Most notably, Neil has managed various projects at the Wind Creek Casinos in Alabama, the Beau Rivage, Hard Rock & Harrah’s casinos in Biloxi, as well as numerous Community Bank projects in Mississippi and Alabama. Neil has also been associated with several redevelopment projects in downtown Biloxi. His background in both urban planning and residential architecture helps him strike a balance between the big ideas and the small details required to make any project successful. Outside of the office, Neil is an avid runner and self-proclaimed coffee nerd. He and his wife are the parents of two adorable little girls and reside in Ocean Springs.
